Junior Animator

Job Overview:
As a Junior 2D Animator, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling 2D animations for various projects. Working under the guidance of senior animators and collaborating with the creative team, you will contribute to the development of animations that align with the artistic vision of the project. Key Responsibilities:

- **Animation Production**:

- Create 2D animations for characters, objects, and backgrounds, adhering to the project's artistic style and guidelines.
- Execute animation principles such as timing, squash and stretch, and follow-through to achieve smooth and engaging motion.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony) to bring static elements to life through movement and expression.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in 2D animation.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative team, including illustrators, designers, and other animators, to understand project goals and maintain a cohesive visual style.
- Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and creative solutions.
- **Feedback and Iteration**:

- Accept constructive feedback from senior animators and team members to enhance the quality of animations.
- Iterate on animations based on feedback, ensuring they meet project requirements and artistic standards.
- **Time Management**:

- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate progress and potential challenges to the project lead in a timely and proactive manner.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay informed about advancements in 2D animation techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Educational background in animation, digital arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively in a creative team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing 2D animation work is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹18,712.72 - ₹37,990.34 per month
