**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer** to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about **visual storytelling, branding, and digital design**. You will collaborate with the team to create compelling designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital products while enhancing your creative and technical skills. **Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.**

**Key Responsibilities:Design & Visual Content Creation**:

- Develop **engaging and brand-aligned** designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Assist in creating branding elements such as **logos, typography, and visual identity** assets.

**Collaboration & Conceptualization**:

- Work closely with **content strategists, video editors, and marketing teams** to develop visually compelling creatives.
- Align designs with **brand guidelines, creative briefs, and marketing objectives**.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing **new creative concepts** for campaigns and product launches.

**Technical Consistency & Design Quality**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to **platform-specific dimensions, resolutions, and formatting standards**.
- Maintain **consistency in branding elements** across all creative outputs.
- Stay updated with **the latest design trends and industry best practices**.

**Qualifications & Skills:Technical Skills**:

- **Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.**:

- Basic knowledge of **motion graphics and video editing** (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).

**Creative & Professional Attributes**:

- Strong **visual storytelling skills** with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to **interpret briefs and translate concepts into compelling designs**.
- Strong **time management skills** with the ability to **work on multiple projects simultaneously**.
- Proactive, creative, and **willing to learn and adapt**.

**Education & Experience**:

- **1-2 years of relevant experience** in graphic design (internships included).
- A **portfolio showcasing design skills** is **mandatory**.
