- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA technology.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation needs.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate etc.). UiPath is a must and Power Automate is desirable.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, solution design, and user manuals.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business rules.
- Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary updates and enhancements.
- Identify potential areas for process improvement and propose automation solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven work experience as RPA and hands-on experience in implementing RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Experience in creating attended and unattended robots.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or VB.NET, as well as experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of data handling, data manipulation, and database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, Power Automate) are a plus.
