We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize e-commerce operations for our clients. This role involves creating, uploading, and managing product listings, handling promotions and campaigns, and ensuring seamless day-to-day e-commerce operations across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing and Management**:

- Create, edit, and upload product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and updated product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory.
- **Campaigns and Promotions**:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discount offers, and seasonal sales events.
- Optimize ads and promotional content for client products to maximize visibility and sales.
- **Order Fulfillment and Customer Management**:

- Monitor and process client orders, ensuring timely updates on order status.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback, providing efficient resolutions.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales performance and key metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions).
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve e-commerce strategies and ROI.
- **Platform Optimization**:

- Optimize listings with relevant keywords, high-quality images, and compelling content.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform algorithms to ensure best practices.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with clients to understand product details, branding guidelines, and goals.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Design teams for ad creatives and campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
