**Job Title**: Sports Teacher

**Job Type**: Full Time / Part Time

**Minimum Qualification**: Graduate with BPEd, MPEd
**Gender**: Male or Female
- Plan, organize, and conduct **sports activities and physical education classes** for students to promote fitness, teamwork, and healthy living.
- Teach students the fundamentals of various sports, such as **football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, athletics**, and other physical activities.
- Develop and implement **fitness and training programs** tailored to individual students' needs, ensuring holistic physical development.
- Organize and coordinate **intra-college and inter-college sports competitions** and events, fostering a competitive spirit and sportsmanship among students.
- Ensure students adhere to **safety guidelines** during sports activities, and provide **first aid** when necessary.
- Maintain **sports equipment and facilities**, ensuring they are in good working order and available for practice and competitions.
- Encourage **student participation in physical activities**, identifying and nurturing talented athletes for advanced training and competitions.
- Stay updated with **current trends in physical education** and sports training, incorporating **new techniques** into the curriculum as necessary.
- Provide **basic health education** related to fitness, sports injuries, and wellness during physical education classes.
- Maintain records of **student performance**, attendance in sports activities, and participation in school and external sports events.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **physical education, fitness training, and various sports disciplines**.
- Ability to **engage and motivate students** to participate in sports and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- **Excellent communication and instructional skills**, with a focus on creating an engaging and safe environment.
- Hands-on experience with **sports training and organizing sports events**.
- **1-2 years of teaching or coaching experience** in physical education or sports.
- Knowledge of **first aid** and basic sports injury management.
- **Experience of 1-2 years working on NAAC criteria**, with a solid understanding of accreditation requirements and documentation.
- Proficiency in managing **sports equipment and maintaining facilities**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
