**Team leader - capital markets & reorgs**

**Effective Date: August 2021**

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**

Under general supervision, the Processing Clerk will be responsible for the review, tracking and processing of transactions from both internal and external partners

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Tracking, reviewing and processing of items
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Assists with various project related activities, on an as needed basis
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Essential functions are typically performed in an office setting
- Noise level is medium
- Visual level is high
- Lifting required, typically less than 20 lbs.
- Able to endure prolonged seating/standing associated with the performance of essential functions.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
- High School diploma and financial transactions and/or data entry experienceProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (beginners
- ' level)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

**Preferred**:

- Working knowledge of legal transfer requirements
- Financial services industry experience (transfer agent)
