**Monthly Salary in hand**:Rs. 15,000 per month

**Location**:Chakan, Pune

**Working hours**:9 AM to 6:30 PM

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handling documentation related to inventory and materials. Data Entry in the ERP system will be his primary task at any cost.
- Performing ERP entries for stock and material movement. Checking invoices and the courier to the Head office of Ecomak after proper gate entries and approvals. Preparing a list of invoices in an Excel sheet and tracking them.
- Overseeing store management, including material handling and organization.
- Supporting dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Check material according to challans/invoices during the loading/unloading process and submit to the respective authority.
- Should be aware of MS Office/MS Word/MS Excel.

**Weekly off**:Thursday

**Leaves**: 12 CL & Comp off. You can avail compensatory off if worked on paid holidays or a week off. (OT is not applicable for this position due to fixed timing)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
