- Job Description:
- Deploy the financial solution to digitize the functionalities of a society is the primary
responsibility
- Meet clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasize product
features and benefits with focus on creating value for thesolution
- Connect with committee members of societiesto understand scope of
business and their expectations
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate opportunities to improve customer
satisfaction.
- Ensure new feature adoption through training and retraining.
- Improvement of NPS by meeting SLAs and quick issue resolution within TAT.
- Generation of referrals from existing client base.
- 1-5 years of proven track record in deploying financial solutions/SAAS solution and
ability to meet targets
preference
- Graduate BBA, Masters
- MBA)
management in a quota driven role.
- A consumer first mindset is a must, be the voice of the consumer in the organization.
- Should have interest in business development for SoftwareApplication
products/solutions (B2C)
- Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to generate revenue forthe organization
- Should be proficient in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus point)
- Should be comfortable to work on weekends
(Saturday & Sunday are compulsory working days, with a week off in between
Monday-Thursday)
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
