**Job Summary**:
The Paralegal plays a vital role in supporting the legal team by assisting with various tasks related to legal research, documentation, case management, and administrative functions. This position requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of legal procedures. The Paralegal collaborates closely with attorneys, clients, and other legal professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of the legal department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Document Preparation**:Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, pleadings.Ensure documents adhere to established formats and legal standards.

**Case Management**:Organize and maintain case files, documents, and correspondence.Manage the scheduling of hearings, meetings, and deadlines.Prepare materials for court filings, including exhibits and supporting documents.

**Administrative Support**:Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, billing, and maintaining office supplies.

**Legal Database Management**:Input and update information in legal databases and case management systems.Ensure accuracy and completeness of data records.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Experience**:

- 2 years of experience.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
