**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Senior Video/Graphic Editor & Designer** to join our core team. This is not just a design role—it’s a **key creative position** where you’ll help shape the visual identity of brands we work with. You will be responsible for creating high-impact video content, stunning still graphics, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

As one of our first senior hires, we need a **team player** who is ambitious, proactive, and passionate about design and storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Video Editing**
- Edit **world-class talking head videos** for clients, ensuring pacing, transitions, subtitles, and overall flow match premium standards.
- Create **short-form, social-first videos** (reels, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement and virality.
- Incorporate AI-powered tools and creative workflows to speed up and enhance editing.

**Graphic Design**
- Design **eye-catching still graphics**, carousels, ad creatives, and branding assets.
- Maintain a strong sense of design hierarchy, typography, colors, and palettes.
- Adapt brand guidelines into creative campaigns and deliver visuals that resonate with audiences.

**Creative Strategy & Collaboration**
- Work closely with the founder, marketing team, and clients to **ideate and execute campaigns**.
- Stay updated with global design and video trends to push the creative boundaries.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing in fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a **Video/Graphic Editor & Designer** (portfolio required).
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with AI-powered tools (Runway, Midjourney, D-ID, etc. is a plus).
- Strong sense of design principles**:color theory, typography, composition, and branding.**:

- Ability to take raw footage and transform it into **polished, cinematic, and engaging videos**.
- Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and algorithms.
- A **creative problem solver** who thrives under deadlines.
- Must have your own **laptop/system** capable of handling professional editing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Full-Time (On-Site)
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month
