To take the rounds of all IP patient and examine the patient. Documentation of clinical examinations and put progress note on daily basis. To follow up with radiology and pathology for investigation, trace the investigation result and inform to the consultants. To check the discharge summary and after getting approval from consultant in charge explain discharge medicine and instructions to patient and relatives at the time of discharge. To attend any new patient immediately. To take proper history of patient, examine the patient and documents the history and finding, diagnosis and plan of care in history sheet.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
