**User Interface Design**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product

direction, visuals, and user experience

**User Experience Design**:

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

**Graphic Design**:

- Design visually appealing Graphics, Illustrations and Marketing Materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other Stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling visual assets for campaigns
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design
- Portfolio showcasing a strong design aesthetic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin and Figma
- Exceptionally good understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong knowledge of current design trends and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends

**Salary**: ₹11,223.85 - ₹100,000.00 per month
