**Role Description**

Aaryan Leisure & Holidays is looking for a talented **SEO & Content Executive** with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will write and develop engaging content, optimize our digital presence, and implement SEO strategies to drive organic growth. Working closely with the company owner, Marketing Head, and marketing team, you’ll play an essential role in elevating our brand’s visibility and attracting new audiences through website and channel partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Writing**: Write compelling, high-quality content for our website, blogs, and social media channels, aligning with our brand voice.
- **SEO Strategy**: Develop and implement On-page & off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and ensure SEO-friendly content.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze and report on content performance and SEO results, adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Content Optimization**: Revise existing content to ensure it meets SEO standards and enhances reader engagement.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing and design team to create cohesive, engaging digital campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience in content writing and SEO
- Proficiency in **SEO best practices** and **keyword research tools**:

- Strong **content writing** skills with a portfolio of previous work
- Excellent **communication skills**:

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A proactive approach to innovation in content marketing
- A creative mind with ideas flowing for the benefit of the company.
