**Job Description: Quality Inspector**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct tests on electrical components, wiring, and assemblies using testing equipment.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues in real-time.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety and industry standards in the inspection process.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes and quality procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/ITI/Engineering degree in Electrical or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the electrical industry (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical components, standards, and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, or ISO standards is a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and report-writing abilities.

**Location**: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
