**Responsibilities**:_

**Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.

**Classroom Management**:

- Establish a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes active student participation and collaboration.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a respectful and inclusive learning space.

**Instructional Delivery**:

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess and evaluate student progress through ongoing observations, quizzes, tests, and other assessment tools.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents or guardians.

**Individualized Support**:

- Provide additional support and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes the social and emotional development of each child.

**Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Establish effective communication with parents or guardians through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Collaborate with parents and the wider community to create a supportive learning environment.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay current with best practices in elementary education and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and continuously improve teaching practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
