**Assistant Manager - Direct Taxation**

**Qualification:

- CA Fresher ( Recently Passout)**

**Location:

- **Thane

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

Responsible for handling direct tax compliances and income-tax return filing, International taxation including transfer pricing, employee and other stakeholder taxation, managing and completing tax audit and accounting, Tax assessment procedure including liaison with tax officials and consultants.

**Functional / Technical Expertise**

(Please indicate Product / Functional Portfolio)
- Analytical ability
- Sound knowledge on taxation laws (both Domestic and International)
- Understanding of Financial Reporting and IndAS
- Working knowledge in SAP FICO.
- Experience of drafting tax submissions preferred
- Exposure to projects & manufacturing business.

- Good team player
- Drive and Passion
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to liaison with various internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to implement solutions.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation of tasks
