Merchandising Execution team is a perfect amalgamation of data, design and execution. Creating best customer-experience and seamless operations leveraging data driven insights best describes the role this team plays within Merchandising. Finding the right product in a category, then finding the right space in order to enhance performance and bring merchant strategy to life in store is where our passion lies.
The Store Planning team is responsible for the design of new stores, re-merch stores and strategic projects. Impact Enhancing customer experience through enterprise initiatives like Tool Rental, Self-checkout etc.
**Job Summary**:
Develop store specific floor plans for redesigns and merchandising resets in existing stores. Responsible for maximizing space productivity and to enhance physical store experience.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Execute store specific plans for Existing stores redesign & reset ,Merchandising resets needing racking updates & operation projects by leveraging space standards & localization inputs.
- Responsible for updating reconciliations /Prework for all project types with approved quality.
- Responsible for managing As built by verifying & updating blueprint to match existing store condition.
- Assist Senior planners in executing strategic initiatives & projects.
- Support SME's in documenting design & execution guidelines as needed.
- Support in maintaining Racks & Fixture library (ACAD Blocks )
- Collaborate with SSCB store planner or lead planner to understand planning criteria's and arrive at design solutions to execute plans.
- Maintain global partnership for seamless exchange of knowledge and context.
- Propose design suggestions and process enhancements as needed
- Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals

**Years of Experience**
- 1+ Years Retail design experience

**Education Qualification & Certifications**:

- Diploma - Architecture OR BSC- Interiors OR B.E- Civil Good to have - B.Arch.

**Skill Set Required**
**Primary Skills (must have)**
- Retail design experience preferred (local or Global)
- High proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills - ability to comprehend, articulate and seamlessly communicate locally and globally
