IT Trainer

**Job Title**: IT Trainer (Multiple Specializations)

**Location**: B304 Vrindavan Residency, Near Hariom Bungalow, Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time (Both options available)
**Mode of Training**: Online and Offline

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver IT training programs in various domains like Web Development, AI, Cloud, Backend, Frontend, Robotics, etc.
- Conduct both online and offline classes, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience.
- Develop comprehensive and up-to-date course materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide students through the course duration, addressing their queries and providing hands-on assistance.
- Conduct evaluations and tests to measure student progress and adjust training methods as necessary.
- Collaborate with the course development team to improve existing modules and introduce new technologies as per market trends.
- Keep up to date with industry advancements and integrate them into training programs.
- Offer post-course support and consultation to students in areas of job placement and further skill development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in IT training or related professional IT experience.
- Proficiency in one or more IT specializations like Web Development (PHP, WordPress, JavaScript), Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (GCP, AWS), AI, Backend Development, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and classroom management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt training methods based on student needs and industry requirements.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications in relevant IT domains (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, etc.).
- Experience working with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Vercel, and GCP is a plus.
- Prior experience working in an educational or corporate training environment.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
