Reconciliation Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of the designated processes pertaining to the finance function, primarily reconciliations
- Perform the order-to-cash reconciliation for the online and offline channels on a regular basis
- Verify the charges levied by payment gateways and logistics partners in connection with

collections
- Review the book-keeping practices pertaining to revenue, collections and related charges to

ensure that they align with the objective of financial reconciliation
- Assist in period-end closure of books from the standpoint of financial and management reporting
- Assess the need for technological and other systems and suggest improvements to systems,

processes and required controls on an ongoing basis
- Maintain cordial relations with other departments and external parties to effectively liaise with them

as required

**Desired Competencies**
- Experience in handling financial reconciliations in a corporate set-up
- Tendency to be highly organized to deliver error-free output on time
- Service-orientedness (empathy) and eye for detail
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Maturity of dealing with confidential/sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws and technology systems
- Experience in using ERP systems and exposure to the e-commerce industry would be an added

advantage

preferred
- Mastery of the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting / Commerce / Technology

Job Location

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
