**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**DESIGNATION: Aesthetic Physician / Clinic Manager**

**ROLE**: Clinic operations / Consultations / Procedure

**FUNCTION**: Adgrohair / Adgloskin

**LOCATION: Pune**

**REPORTING TO**:Operation Manager / Regional Manager

**ROLE PURPOSE**:
Responsible for providing the right information and guidance throughout the client's journey in Adgrohair to the clients and personalizing their experiences with the intent of optimum client satisfaction level.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & OWNERSHIP**

**FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE**
- Responsible for driving revenue along with the Operation manager / Regional manager, as per the target set for the clinic
- Work with Aesthetic physician, Client relations to close sales and strategy to drive revenue of clinic

**CLIENT PERSPECTIVE**
- Capitalize on the brand presence in the market for 20 years with a high level of client satisfaction
- Explain the recommended / all procedures by the clinic to consult and enquiry clients in detail customizing the same as per their respective concerns post preliminary diagnosis.
- Counsel the client and upsell/cross-sell with subtlety (No hard selling) accuracy, professionalism, sophistication and ethically following all consultation protocols.
- Systematically do follow-up calls to all the consulted clients to bring them on board
- PRP procedure, Skin related procedures delivery

**INTERNAL BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE**
- Maintain all data pertaining to each consultation, clients, procedures & Hair transplant
- Work cohesively with Aesthetic physicians and Operations / Regional Manager to close deals and provide constant support to clients as required.
- Always adhere to all Clinic protocols as mentioned in the standard operating procedures manual.

**LEARNING AND GROWTH PERSPECTIVE**
- Be well aware of all the services offered by the clinic to make the consultation / Follow-up process smoother for the client.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in the aesthetics industry and competitors both new and old.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
