**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management: Employ effective strategies to manage inventory, optimizing stock turnover, and minimizing holding costs for a diverse range of products.
- Receipt and Inspection: Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming materials, ensuring they meet stringent quality and quantity standards.
- Storage and Organization: Ensure materials are properly stored and organized within the warehouse, facilitating easy accessibility and preventing damage or loss.
- Material Issuance: Coordinate the issuance and distribution of materials to various production departments based on their requisitions, ensuring timely delivery to avoid disruptions.
- Quantity Checking: Conduct regular quantity checks to validate stock levels and reconcile them with inventory records, ensuring accurate stock information.
- Scrap Checking: Monitor and manage scrap materials generated during manufacturing processes, implementing proper disposal procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of inventory transactions, stock movements, scrap records, and related documents, following company procedures.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries, address supply-related issues, and negotiate favorable terms when necessary.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise the store team, providing guidance, training, and fostering a cohesive work environment that promotes productivity and teamwork.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations within the store and adhere to company policies, creating a safe and organized working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices to optimize store efficiency and productivity.

Educational Qualification: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience as a store incharge or supervisor within the manufacturing industry, especially in an engineering company or a related field. Inventory Management Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management principles, stock control, and supply chain processes. Engineering Background: Previous experience working in an engineering company, with knowledge of engineering materials and components, is highly desirable. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage a team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and success. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with various departments and vendors. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle material movement and stand for extended periods during store operations. Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions when required to address any arising challenges.
