**Position**: Area Manager - Water Soluble Fertilizer Location: Gujarat Job Profile/Description: The role entails heading the water soluble fertilizer division of Captain Polyplast under the brand Jeevika.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Identifies dealers & distributors and developing business opportunities by identifying theirs requirements and evaluating their position in the WSF industry

2. Sell WSF products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective dealers, distributors; and recommending solutions to them.

3. Maintains relationships with dealers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.

4. Identifies industry trends, market activities, and competitors analysis in WSF segment.

5. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

7. Developing cordial relationship with all vendors, customers, dealers, staffs and govt. bodies.

8. Excellent communication skills, Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

9. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

10. Self motivated and capable of working independently & Ready for travelling.

11. Excellent organizational & managerial skills & working knowledge of Solar Platform.

12. Computer skill must be required i.e. MS Office, Internet Etc... Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture (Additional Masters degree in Management would be appreciated)
