Communicating with customers Telecallers are responsible for reaching out to potential customers to inform them about a company's products or services. They also manage incoming calls, resolve customer issues, and collect customer information. Building relationships Telecallers should build rapport with potential clients and foster relationships with existing clients. They should also develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers. Generating sales Telecallers should generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients. They should also encourage customers to make a purchase or arrange appointments. Reporting Telecallers should make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling. They should also analyze and observe conversations and report them to the team lead. Age limit 18 to 30

Language preferred Tamil and Telugu only

Pay: From ₹14,500.00 per month
