**Accounting Contract Processor**:
**Schedule**: 45 hours/week | EST hours with 1 weekend day (e.g., Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday)
**Location**: 100% Remote

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Prior experience working at a Fortune 500 company
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- B2/C1 English proficiency
- Proven experience in contract processing or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Review Financial Documents**: Analyze contracts, invoice statements, and A/R and A/P records to extract and verify key information
- ** Data Entry & Accuracy**: Capture complex financial details with precision and ensure data integrity
- ** Maintain Records**: Keep accounting and contract records organized and updated
- ** Support Process Improvements**: Help document and refine internal workflows
- ** Collaborate Across Teams**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams in multiple time zones to ensure seamless contract processing
