**Job Title**:Front Desk Administrator

Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in administration and front desk management, preferably in a similar industry.

Job Location: Lower Parel

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Office Upkeep: Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the office, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
Housekeeping: Manage housekeeping staff and ensure all areas are cleaned and well-maintained.
Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of pantry items and office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Courier Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing courier services efficiently.
Reception Duties: Attend to calls and visitors, providing excellent customer service and managing the EPABX system.
Travel & Accommodation: Manage travel arrangements (flight/train ticket bookings, hotel bookings, cab bookings, etc) for staff & visitors.
AMC & Insurance Management: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and insurance policies for office equipment, vehicles, and property.
Stationery Management: Ensure the availability and proper usage of stationery and office supplies.
Multi-tasking: Handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously with a high degree of efficiency and professionalism.

Any other tasks as assigned

**Technical skills**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and OneDrive for Business.
- Experience with antivirus software and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with website management tools and security concepts.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and hardware.

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in handling the EPABX system.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Total: 6 years (preferred)
- Cybersecurity: 1 year (required)
- Anitivirus Software: 1 year (preferred)
