**Job Title: Senior AWS Cloud Engineer**

**Experience Range**: 8 to 12 years
**Salary Range**: ₹18 to 27 LPA
**Location**: Chennai (On-site, 5 days a week)
**Shift**: Rotational & Night Shifts

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to lead cloud migration projects for enterprise clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to assess current IT infrastructures, plan and execute AWS migrations, and ensure secure, scalable, and optimized deployments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cloud Migration Strategy**: Collaborate with clients to analyze existing IT environments and develop tailored migration strategies to AWS.
- **Risk Management**: Perform risk assessments, identify potential migration challenges, and implement mitigation plans.
- **AWS Deployment**: Design and implement best practices for security, scalability, and availability in AWS cloud infrastructures.
- **Documentation**: Create detailed migration documentation, including configurations, processes, and best practices.
- **Stakeholder Reporting**: Provide regular updates on migration progress, issues, and resolutions to all stakeholders.
- **Change Management**: Maintain detailed records of configurations and changes throughout the migration process.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- **AWS Expertise**: Deep knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, and Lambda.
- **Infrastructure Assessment**: Proficiency in assessing on-premises infrastructure and virtualized environments (e.g., VMware).
- **Migration Tools**: Hands-on experience with AWS Server Migration Service, Database Migration Service, and other AWS migration tools.
- **DevOps Practices**: Strong experience with AWS DevOps, Terraform, and automation scripting (Python, Bash, YAML, Powershell).
- **Security & Compliance**: Experience with IAM, encryption, and security best practices for data migration and cloud deployments.
- **Networking & Security**: Expertise in networking concepts (VPNs, subnets) and security principles in cloud environments.
- **Database Management**: Proficient in Oracle and SQL DB management on AWS Cloud.
- **Operating Systems**: Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
- **Backup & Recovery**: Hands-on experience with AWS S3, EBS, and AWS backup services.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer is highly preferred.
- **Problem-solving & Collaboration**: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
