Production Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Shift Supervisor located in MAUZA KOHLI JAMB ROAD (HINGANGHAT) 442301 MAHARASHTRA, India. The Production Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, planning production activities, managing production processes, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Roles & responsibilities
- Production Management:
◦ Plan and schedule production to meet deadlines and demand.

◦ Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

◦ Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership:
◦ Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.

◦ Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

◦ Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Quality Control:
◦ Ensure that products meet established quality standards.

◦ Implement and monitor quality control procedures.

◦ Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Safety and Compliance:
◦ Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

◦ Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

◦ Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Resource Management:
◦ Manage inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.

◦ Coordinate the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

◦ Optimize resource use to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
◦ Prepare and submit production reports, including metrics like efficiency, output, and downtime.

◦ Maintain records related to production, quality, and safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
