**The Role**

This is a mid-level role, reporting to Sales Manager. Accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows:
**Purpose**:
To ensure revenue growth & business expansion through waste water projects.

**The key expectations of the role**:

- Extend technical support to existing clients & operators.
- Ensure smooth operation and regular maintenance of existing sites.
- Identify, develop & implement strategies to provide effective & efficient services to clients.
- Identify potential clients to ensure service expansion & top line sales.

**Relationship Management**:

- Follow up with existing clients to ensure 100% satisfaction in terms of service, quality & communication.
- Connect with potential clients to ensure optimum conversion of leads.

**Competencies required: Knowledge, skills, attitude**:

- **Knowledge**_

Essential
- Knowledge and understanding of waste water management/treatment.
- Knowledge of water bodies(drain/ponds/lakes) and waste water treatment plants like STP, ETP, WTP (SOFTNER) RO Plant.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Desirable
- Knowledge of the waste water management in bio-tech/agriculture sector.
- Experience in cleaning large water bodies/drains.
- Skills_
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong business acumen, with ability to handle price negotiation and discussion.
- Effective Liasioning skills
- Attitude_
- Results driven and having a strong bias for action.
- Initiative and drive.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Should demonstrate interpersonal skills.

**The Individual: (education and experience)**

Essential
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in waste water management.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Desirable
- Experience in the bio-tech/agriculture industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
