Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Ultadanga, Kolkata

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 5-8 years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis:
Manage and maintain comprehensive records using Google Sheets and Google Forms.

Perform advanced data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends.

Generate detailed reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Reporting & Insights:
Analyze key areas and client data to provide actionable recommendations.

Prepare and present analytical views and findings to stakeholders.

Review and assess data periodically to ensure accuracy and relevance.

System Maintenance:
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.

Update and optimize reporting tools and processes as needed.

Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Communication & Coordination:
Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain clear and detailed documentation of processes and analyses.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in management information systems or a related role.

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including functions, macros, and pivot tables).

Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Forms.

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.

Experience in providing data-driven recommendations.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
