**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily activities of the accounts department for efficiency and accuracy.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on project budgets with teams, addressing and optimizing financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Bridge communication gaps between project operations and financial management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A background in Civil Engineering is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in financial management within the construction industry, with a focus on civil engineering projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
