**Job Mission**:
To independently manage the accounting functions and administrative coordination at the Ahmedabad factory location, ensuring accuracy of books, timely statutory compliance, and alignment with inventory and operational reports. Act as an active support in ERP implementation (Renuka) as the Point of Contact (POC) for accounts and other factory-linked modules.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Daily accounting entries (purchase, sales, payments, receipts, etc.) in Tally or ERP
- Maintain up-to-date ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements
- Manage vendor payments, reconciliation, and follow-ups
- **GST & Statutory Compliance**:

- Preparation of GST data and return support (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Coordination with central accounts team and CA for filings
- Ensure TDS entries and challans are maintained and documented
- **Inventory Reconciliation & Reporting**:

- Verify and reconcile raw material, WIP, and FG inventory
- Coordinate with store & production for consumption vs stock validation
- Provide monthly inventory valuation reports
- **Invoice & Documentation Handling**:

- Create and validate sales invoices, debit/credit notes
- Manage dispatch entries and proper supporting records
- Maintain filing of challans, GRNs, POs, and other audit documents
- **ERP Coordination (Renuka System)**:

- Serve as POC for account module integration in Renuka
- Support testing, data migration, and user-level validations
- Train peers and monitor implementation progress at location
- **Administrative Coordination**:

- Support HR/Factory Admin in basic compliance documentation
- Manage utility bills, office petty cash, courier tracking, etc.

**Knowledge & Experience Required**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in commerce stream
- **Experience**: 2 to 8 years in accounts, preferably in manufacturing/factory setup
- **Systems Knowledge**: Tally ERP, Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), ERP familiarity (Renuka/SAP/Navision preferred)
- **Domain Knowledge**: GST, TDS, invoice processing, inventory control, reconciliation

**Key Competencies**:

- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Ability to handle accounting tasks independently
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and accounting systems

**Other Requirements**:

- Immediate joiner preferred
- Flexibility to work extended hours during month-end or audit period

Should be dependable, trustworthy, and aligned with factory discipline.
