Job Title: Teacher

Job Overview:
The teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing educational programs for students. This includes preparing lessons, managing classroom behavior, encouraging student participation, and monitoring student progress to ensure effective learning. Teachers work to create an inclusive, respectful, and safe learning environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and the needs of students.
- Use various teaching methods (e.g., lectures, group activities, discussions) to facilitate learning.
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources into lessons.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, organized, and respectful classroom environment.
- Establish and enforce rules for behavior to create an orderly classroom.
- Monitor student behavior, addressing disruptive actions appropriately.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and informal evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their work.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer individual or small group support for students who need additional help.
- Encourage students’ personal and academic growth.
- Serve as a mentor or advisor, providing emotional and academic guidance.
- Foster student engagement and motivation in the learning process.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and staff to support student success.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
- Attend and participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest teaching strategies, technologies, and developments in education.
- Pursue ongoing professional growth through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
- Prepare and submit reports or documentation as required by the school administration.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in managing diverse classrooms.
- Ability to use educational technology effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹10,847.40 - ₹22,000.00 per month
