Admission Counselor

Admission counselor should have demonstrated experience in providing high quality face-to-face services to parents/students.
- Will be responsible for handling inbound calls, making cold calls as per the available query list, and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and successfully convert leads.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals for the school.
- Report preparation on a daily basis in the specified format on the day-to-day routine. Schedule meetings for teachers, Principal/ Vice principal. Receive and note inward and outward deliveries.
- 6 days working in week. Saturday and Sunday working. Week off will be on a week day.

Qualification and Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Should be Presentable
- Generating new leads and follow-ups.
- Should be ready to travel within the given region..
- Result & target oriented approach.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.

Educational Qualification required
- Experience in the same industry preferred. Fresher’s can be considered too.
- Salary - Commensurate with the industry standards and as per the performance in the interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Khanda Colony, Panvel - 410206, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
