- **About this Role**:

- We are seeking a skilled performance testing architect to lead the design and evolution of scalable testing frameworks aligned with enterprise goals and telecom technology stacks. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in automation, performance validation, and continuous integration practices, who are passionate about driving quality assurance excellence across complex systems.
- **What you will do**:

- Define and evolve performance testing architecture in alignment with enterprise objectives and telecom platforms.
- Establish scalable, reusable test frameworks and strategies to support QA functions.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Utilise automation and performance validation tools including JMeter, LoadRunner, Playwright, and Rest Assured.
- Analyse performance test results using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and system logs to identify bottlenecks.
- Develop reusable performance test assets and automation scripts.
- Leverage observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for real-time performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards including TMMi Level 3, GDPR, SOX, and ISO27001.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing through communities of practice.
