**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in design and uphold the brand's visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

**Expected Outcomes**:

- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
- Use AI tools to produce professional designs faster.
- Interest in simple video graphics is an added advantage.

**Qualifications (Skills/Competencies)**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail to produce visually engaging designs.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
