Position:* Junior Audit Executive

*Location:* Mulund, Mumbai, India

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Support senior auditors in executing statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits, ensuring adherence to the latest financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in analyzing financial statements and audit findings to identify significant trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for clients.
- Develop an understanding of clients’ business models, financial structures, and operational strategies to contribute effectively to the audit process.
- Help prepare audit reports that clearly articulate findings, implications, and actionable recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members, ensuring all interactions are conducted professionally.
- Commit to ongoing learning about audit regulations, industry standards, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Be prepared to travel within Mumbai for client assignments, as directed by senior staff, to ensure audits are completed efficiently and on time.

*Qualifications and Experience:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing, preferably with exposure to a Chartered Accountancy firm environment.
- Basic understanding of auditing standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively within a team.
- Organized, with an aptitude for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
