**Read blueprints**: Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the welding requirements
- **Position and fit parts**: Lay out, position, and fit parts together according to blueprints and instructions
- **Weld**: Use various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to weld components
- **Use tools**: Use hand and power tools, such as heat torches, lasers, and portable grinders
- **Inspect**: Inspect items for quality defects and provide feedback to management
- **Maintain work area**: Keep the work area clean and return tools and equipment at the end of the day
- **Set up equipment**: Set up welding machines and other equipment based on the job
- **Create templates**: Develop templates and other work aids to hold and align parts
- **Adjust equipment**: Adjust valves, amperage, or voltage to get the desired flame or arc

Welder fitters must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, have expertise in welding techniques, and be able to precisely align and join metal parts. They must also adhere to safety standards and quality procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
