MSU aspires to establish a pioneering university model where corporates/ industries shall be the stakeholders and influencers in course curriculum design, program delivery, practical skills training, as well as, for providing on-the-job apprenticeship, with the following mission and vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Connecting to leads received for various courses through various platforms.
- Provide information and resources regarding their opportunities and eligibility criteria.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events on our various courses and opportunities.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in educational counseling, student advising, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with students, faculty, and parents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
