Laser Printer Operator

**Job Summary**

LOCATION - CHECK POST, ANAKKAYAM

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate laser printing/engraving machines (EZCAD, CO₂, Fiber, or UV laser types).
- Read and interpret design files, drawings, and job orders to determine production specifications.
- Adjust machine settings such as power, speed, focus, and alignment according to material type.
- Inspect printed or engraved items to verify accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure reliable operation.
- Monitor production runs and troubleshoot issues promptly to avoid downtime.
- Maintain records of work orders, materials, and daily production outputs.
- Follow safety, maintenance, and quality control procedures consistently.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to meet delivery schedules.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent (ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics preferred).
- Basic knowledge of **EZCAD software** or equivalent design/marking tools.
- Ability to interpret **technical drawings** and job specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Good computer literacy and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience engraving on **metal, plastic, or stainless steel** materials.
- Familiarity with **AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or other design tools.**:

- Understanding of **laser safety procedures** and equipment handling standards.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
