**Required qualification**:

- Master’s or Ph. D in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Financial Management, or other related areas.
- 4-5 years of experience in the area of Public Finance Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and hands-on experience in results-based planning, performance-based funding, public expenditure,
- Familiar with programme budget and performance based/informed budgeting in different countries.
- Experience in writing approach and methodologies in the area of public finance, financial management, budgeting, fiscal management practices etc.
- Writing approach and methodologies in the area of public finance, financial management, budgeting, etc. for bidding process.
- Monitor and address potential issues that could impact project delivery.
- Provide regular updates on project status to the Partner and Manager and address stakeholder concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
