**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Contact potential buyers, sellers, and investors to introduce real estate opportunities, properties, and services.
- **Client Engagement**: Provide information on available properties, pricing, and market trends. Answer queries and build rapport with clients over the phone.
- **Qualifying Leads**: Assess the needs of clients, qualify them based on specific criteria, and document lead information accurately.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations with agents.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain an updated database of leads and clients in the system, tracking progress and updating status as necessary.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing timely information and updates on lead status and market trends.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date on market trends, property developments, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to potential clients.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, client engagement, and appointment scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or real estate (preferred but not required).
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and manage client expectations.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and market trends (or willingness to learn).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve sales targets.
- **Personality**: Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for real estate and customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
