**Key Responsibilities:

- **
Handle end-to-end vehicle registration processes, including **RTO documentation**, form submissions, and approvals.
Coordinate with local RTO offices for registration, road tax, hypothecation, and other formalities.
Process and renew vehicle **insurance policies, handle claims, and coordinate with insurance providers.**
Verify customer documents for insurance and registration compliance.
Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Provide **customers with guidance**on RTO & insurance procedures, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to expedite vehicle deliveries.

**Requirements:

- **
- Education:

- Graduate in any field (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
- Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in RTO & Insurance handling at an automobile dealership (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of RTO regulations, insurance policies, and documentation procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
