**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Acquisition**:

- Identify and approach local businesses such as restaurants, stores, pharmacies, and other service providers.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential vendors to present the benefits of joining Mangwale.
- Assist vendors with the registration process and ensure their products/services are accurately listed on the platform.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing any concerns and providing ongoing support.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Mangwale and the vendors to ensure smooth onboarding and continued partnership.
- **Branding and Promotion**:

- Ensure Mangwale branding materials (banners, stickers, etc.) are prominently displayed at vendor locations.
- Conduct periodic visits to check the branding status and collect feedback from vendors.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Gather insights on market trends and competitors to inform vendor acquisition strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on vendor needs and potential areas for growth.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all vendor interactions and onboarding progress.
- Prepare weekly reports on vendor acquisition activities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel locally to meet vendors and conduct fieldwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passionate about sales, marketing, and building relationships.
