Job Title: Skill Trainer - SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Skill Trainer to deliver high-quality training in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive classroom and online sessions, preparing learners for real-world business scenarios, and ensuring they gain industry-relevant skills in SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging training sessions on SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Create course materials, case studies, and hands-on assignments based on industry use cases.
- Assist students with practical labs and end-to-end business process simulations.
- Assess learner understanding through evaluations and provide mentorship.
- Stay current with SAP updates, versions, and industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation/support.
- Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of core FICO processes.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in training or mentoring preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹200.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 4 per week

Schedule:
