Barback

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic **Barback** to support our bartending team and keep our bar running smoothly. As a key part of our fine dining beverage service, you’ll help maintain cleanliness, restock inventory, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Restock liquor, wine, beer, glassware, garnishes, and supplies throughout service
- Clean and maintain the bar area before, during, and after shifts
- Assist bartenders with preparation of ingredients and setups
- Remove trash and empty bar bins regularly
- Support bartenders in high-volume situations with speed and efficiency
- Ensure all tools and workstations are clean and organized
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Assist with opening and closing bar procedures

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a barback or in a fast-paced hospitality role preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
- Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
