Student Counsellor

A student counsellor provides individual and group support for academic, career, and personal development, acting as a mentor to help students set goals, manage challenges, and develop coping skills through confidential counseling, workshops, and resource referral.

Key responsibilities include assessing student needs, collaborating with educators and parents, creating intervention plans, maintaining confidential records, and guiding students through post-secondary planning and crisis situations. Essential skills for a student counsellor include strong communication, active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹32,800.00 per month
