**Overview**
- The Content Writer and Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging, original, and strategic content to enhance Glendale Academy's brand presence. This role combines creative writing with expertise in social media platforms to attract, engage, and retain audiences while driving digital marketing initiatives for the school.

**Responsibilities**

**Content Writing**:

- Develop high-quality, engaging, and plagiarism-free content for the school website, blog, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Create thought-provoking articles, press releases, and features about the school’s events, achievements, and student success stories.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to produce accurate and informative content.
- Proofread and edit all written materials to maintain the school’s tone and quality standards.

**Social Media Marketing**:

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize social media presence.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies.

**Digital Campaign Management**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote admissions, events, and other school initiatives.
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize ad performance and content based on campaign analytics.

**Photography and Videography Coordination**:

- Work with the creative team to produce captivating visuals, videos, and infographics for social media and the website.
- Attend key school events to capture content (photos and videos) for use in marketing materials.

**Community Engagement**:

- Organize and promote online events, webinars, and interactive campaigns to boost parent and student engagement.
- Engage with alumni, parents, and students through online channels to build a strong digital community.

**Brand Management**:

- Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all content and platforms.
- Ensure that all communication aligns with Glendale Academy's vision, mission, and values.

**Skills Description**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or SEO are a plus.

**Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing (preferably in the education sector).
- Proven experience in handling multiple social media accounts and delivering measurable results.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English.
- Creative and strategic thinking to develop compelling content ideas.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing tools are a bonus.
