**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver comprehensive training on **.NET Framework**, **.NET Core**, **ASP.NET MVC**, **C#**, and **Entity Framework**.
- Design and develop structured training programs for beginners to advanced learners, covering concepts such as object-oriented programming (OOP), web services, API development, and database connectivity.
- Create engaging course materials, including presentations, lab exercises, and coding projects.
- Conduct hands-on sessions with live coding, demonstrations, and exercises to ensure students gain practical experience.
- Guide students through real-world projects and help them solve technical problems.
- Evaluate and assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students, helping them with their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in **.NET technologies** and industry trends.
- Continuously improve training content based on feedback from students and technological advancements.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and questions.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven expertise in **.NET Framework**, **.NET Core**, **C#**, **ASP.NET MVC**, and **Entity Framework**.
- Hands-on experience with **SQL Server**, **ADO.NET**, and working with databases.
- Knowledge of **Web API development**, **RESTful services**, and **JSON**.
- Familiarity with **JavaScript**, **HTML**, **CSS**, and front-end frameworks like **Angular** or **React** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** principles.
- Experience with **Version Control** tools like **Git**.
- Previous teaching experience or a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts for students with varied learning levels.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 per week
