**Responsibilities**:

- To work on improving brand visibility and awareness
- To do tie-ups with various marketing agencies/influencers to get various activities done.
- Oversee new & ongoing marketing & advertising activities, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Handling social media & content marketing.
- Monitor & review user comments, feedback & complaints across social handles
- Manage online reputation to ensure organization is reflected as a great place to work.
- Monitor, measure & report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience of at least 2 years in social media management.**
- **Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.**
- **Good Communication skills**

**Salary**: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
