Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO as part of the Founder’s Office. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with both the CEO and the Chief of Staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimal time and priority management, and seamless internal and external communications. You will serve as a trusted partner in managing strategic and tactical workflows, acting as a force multiplier to the CEO and as an integral connector across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, book meetings, and secure appropriate meeting spaces.
- Act as a point of contact among different stakeholders.
- Prepare, format, and organize documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Handle general office tasks, maintain filing systems.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar management tools.
2. Administrative & Logistical Excellence
- Manage travel, expenses, and logistics with impeccable accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Own and optimize systems for scheduling, task management, and coordination tools.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
